  The injected air bubbles up through the water in the septic system. As the bubbles rise, oxygen is able to enter the wastewater. Good bacteria use the oxygen to treat the wastewater and remove contaminants.

  The CS103ET6 utilizes linear diaphragm technology to efficiently collect and move air. This keeps the aerator whisper quiet and energy efficient. Additionally, repairs and maintenance are made simple by this technology.

  Clearstreams aerators provide the important and reliable aeration that our customers have come to expect from their air pumps. This model also sports oil-less operation and an integrated protective switch. If a diaphragm fails, the protective switch will turn off the unit. That prevents the magnet from damaging the aerator’s internal components. The oil-less operation keeps maintenance to a minimum.

  It is recommended to clean the air filter every three months and replace the filter every 12 months. Keeping the filter clean will help you get the most out of your aerator and septic system.
