Most orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm CST may still ship the same day, but will likely ship the next business day.
Most items shipped via UPS should arrive within 1-4 business days of the shipping date. Please be aware that if ordering from Canada, Wholesale Septic Supply does NOT cover any duty or customs fees. That is the responsibility of the customer.
Products can only be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Additionally, all products must be returned in new condition. For example, sewage pumps and effluent pumps must remain unused if the
customer wishes to return the product. The cord on an aerator cannot be cut, if the customer wishes to return the product. However, cutting the cord on an aerator does not void its warranty.
Furthermore, the item must be returned in its original packaging, and the packaging must be in good condition. Return specialists will determine if the packaging is in acceptable condition.
