    Safety screw broke immediately when installed. I contacted them and they claim that something is wrong with the diaphragm. I told them that the diaphragm is fairly new. They claimed that it may not be genuine part and suggested that I buy another diaphragm from them. My installer check the diaphrag...read morem before installing the new part and confirmed that it's still good.

    It works as someone's first time replacing one it wasn't bad the plastic contact screw broke as soon as I plugged it in,luckily I had also ordered a rebuild kit to replace the diaphragms so no real issue, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again
